Making Popcorn

My mum helps in our class once a week. She glues in our poetry. She helps us with our draft writing and maths.

Today we made popcorn. I like having my mum at school.She is pretty.

A visitor from Christchurch

Levi helped us today. He is from Christchurch. Shakayla says "He is SO cool!!"

Hannah's puppy

Hannah's puppy came to visit us. Her name is Bella. She is a labrador huntaway cross and Hannah's family will use her for pig hunting.

Griffin's Dodecahedron

Griffin made a 12 sided shape from Klikko.  We found out from the internet that 12 sided shape is called a dodecahedron.  We made up a song to help us remember that tricky word. The tune of our song is to the "Ten Little Indians".

Swimming Sports

We had fun at Nayland Pool.

We did starfish

We did "ball on spoon" races and motor boats

We floated on our backs and did over arm and more

Then we showed the parents our water tricks and played in the pool

we finished with a warm milo!
